Out of Network Reimbursement
My practice is a private pay practice and I do not accept insurance. I do provide Superbills, which you can submit to your insurance company for all or partial reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to verify if your plan accepts Superbills and provides compensation for out of network services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan accept Superbills from an out-of-network provider?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Fees
I accept credit card and HSA (Health Savings Account) as forms of payment. You will be required to provide a credit card number prior to scheduling your first appointment.
$185.00 for a standard 50 minute session
$200.00 for an intake assessment (first appointment only)
$92.00 for a late cancellation or no show appointment
